How to Buy:
To purchase an item click on its 'add to cart button' on the product page. You may then continue to shop; we haven't noticed item limits with our cart.
When you're ready to purchase hover over the cart and click on the checkout button. You will be taken to a screen where you can edit your order or return to shop. Hit 'checkout' again and you will be automatically taken to a PayPal screen where you can enter your credit card information or log into your PayPal account for instant payment.
We will pack and ship your items as soon as we receive your order, usually in the same day.

Silvertree Jewelry uses PayPal for all of our online transactions. PayPal is capable of most credit card and checking account transactions and is highly secure. You do not need a paypal account to order from this website, but you should expect a little spam from them. For more information on PayPal please go to their website: www.paypal.com.
Sales tax is determined automatically based on total order and shipping location. There is no tax on orders shipped outside CO. In state orders are subject to tax because we like roads and schools.

SIlvertree receives literally hundreds of Silent Auction donation requests per year, and as much as we would love help everyone we can only chose a limited number of events a year.
If you are making a donation request please send a formal request letter and any relevant press materials in PDF form to email@example.com.
Non-profits are vetted on a individual basis. Groups focusing on cancer, childhood disease, disaster relief and music/arts education in Colorado will get top priority. To be considered ALL events must benefit charities and non-profits that are established 501c3 non-profits in the State of Colorado, USA; and at LEAST 80% off all revenue from your event must be donated directly to the beneficiary. No exceptions.
Silvertree ships exclusively via the United States Postal Service which helps keep our small town post office alive.
Silvertree Jewelry offers FREE Flat Rate Priority Shipping for all domestic orders, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Most domestic orders will be delivered within 2-5 days of placement. According to the USPS shipments to HI, AK, and PR may be subject longer shipping times, but we haven't noticed that in real life.
US Territories beyond PR are subject to shipping fees.
International orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service using your choice of International Flat Rate Priority Shipping for $30, or International First Class for $15 payable at the time of order. Shipping via Fed Ex and UPS can me made available for and additional fee. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with OMG SHIPPING! in the subject line so we can try to accommodate you.
International orders may be subject to additional taxes and fees associated with the receiving countries border. These fees vary by country and are to be paid by the customer to the receiving countries postal service. We are sorry to say that we rarely know what these fees will amount in advance, and suggest talking to a postal agent about your countries import duties before ordering.
ALL shipping insurance on ALL orders is on us until further notice. This is subject to change.
Full refund or exchange is honored for all pieces returned clean and undamaged within 14 business days from the time you received your item.
Undamaged pieces returned after 14 days may receive an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.
Undamaged items returned after 30 days will be offered an exchange for an item of lesser value or a partial refund. Contact us at email@example.com with "late return" in the subject line before shipping your item.
Damaged items returned within a year of purchase will be repaired for free or exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value. Damaged items returned after one calendar year will be assessed on an individual basis and could be subject to repair fees or a partial refund. Before returning any item, even undamaged goods within 14 days, please email us with "pending return" in the subject line.
