To purchase an item click on its 'add to cart button' on the product page. You may then continue to shop; we haven't noticed item limits with our cart.
When you're ready to purchase hover over the cart and click on the checkout button. You will be taken to a screen where you can edit your order or return to shop. Hit 'checkout' again and you will be taken screen where you pick you payment method for instant payment. We will pack and ship your items as soon as we receive your order, usually in the same day. Silvertree Jewelry uses Square and PayPal for our online transactions. Both accept credit cards without requiring an account, and are secure. PayPal is capable of checking account transactions or payments from an account fund balance. For more information on PayPal please go to their website: www.paypal.com.

Silvertree receives many Silent Auction donation requests per year, and as much as we would love help everyone we can only chose a limited number of events a year.
If you are making a donation request please send a formal request letter and any relevant press materials in PDF form to [email protected]. Non-profits are vetted on a individual basis. Groups in Colorado will get top priority. To be considered ALL events must benefit charities and non-profits that are established 501c3 non-profits in the USA. At least 80% of all revenue from your event must be donated directly to the beneficiary. No exceptions. |

Silvertree Jewelry ships exclusively via the United States Postal Service which helps keep our small Town of Ward Post Office alive. Silvertree Jewelry offers the following shipping rates for all domestic orders, including Puerto Rico, and US Territories. USPS Priority Flat Rate shipping is $11 and includes insurance. USPS Ground Advantage shipping is $5.85 and also includes insurance. Orders of $200 or more receive FREE USPS Priority Shipping. Orders will be shipped within 2-5 days of placement. You will be notified when your order is shipped. Orders shipped to US Territories may be subject to additional port fees or taxes payable by the customer. International Shipping (Includes Canada & Mexico):
International orders are shipped with USPS International, at the current rates. International orders may be subject to additional taxes and fees associated with the receiving countries border. These fees vary by country and are to be paid by the customer to the receiving countries postal service. Silvertree is not responsible for the payment of import fees or related port taxes. Returns:
Full refund or exchange is honored for all pieces returned clean and undamaged within 14 business days from the time you received your item.
Undamaged pieces returned after 14 days may receive an a refund, or exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. Undamaged items returned after 30 days will be offered an exchange for an item of lesser value or a partial refund. Contact us at [email protected] with "late return" in the subject line before shipping your item. Damaged items returned within a year of purchase will be repaired for free if possible. Damaged items returned after one calendar year will be assessed on an individual basis and will be subject to repair fees if they can be repaired. Before returning any item, even undamaged goods within 14 days, please email us with "pending return" in the subject line.
