Slim rectangles of deep blue and red sparkle dichroic glass are fused with clear glass over 16 mm squares of black opaque glass. The square two-tone glass gems are kiln-fused with integral fine steel wires that add extra durability and 1.5 mm loops for 10 mm handmade sterling silver ear wires. The finished handmade earrings, with loops and ear wires, are 2.8-cm (1.1 or 1 3/32”) long and 1.6-cm (.629 or 5/8”) wide.
